An old acquaintance of mine just told me she'd moved to VGC. Actually, she's been dating this married guy for 4 years now (she's 28). Everyone is talking about getting skinny, losing weight, which is actually a very good thing, Jay even blogs about weight loss. But then, how skinny is too skinny? When you see a size 16 or 18 working out and trying to lose weight, its understanding. But then you see some size 10s and 8, working out, skipping meals, and you're like OMG!! PROTECTING YOUR SKIN

Many times, we walk under the sun, without knowing the hazards we might be exposing our skin to, especially here in Nigeria, where the sun is so hot. Sunscreen helps us protect our skin against the UV rays coming from the sun.
UV radiation on the skin makes the skin wrinkle and thickens it, this is one of the causes of wrinkling. It also causes a pigment change to the skin, commonly known as freckles. It is also known to cause skin cancer, even though this is not common in this part of the world.

Was not too expensive, costs about 1000 bucks, and i was wondering is this true? It was also made in Nigeria. Claimed to have a substance that would stimulate your breast tissue to 'swell'!!! i checked through the internet but did not find positive answers, though few users claim it has worked for them. what do you think about this creams, have you used it and it worked for you?
